About Terry Mac Photography

My name is Terry.  I have updated this "about" section to eliminate any exaggerated claims of being a top professional photographer, similar to what is often found on other photographers' websites. I even used this website host’s AI technology to refine my business description with words such as “capturing”, “keen eye”, “passion”, “detail”, “tranquility”, “ambiance” and “exceptional”.  What a bunch of malarkey.

 

In reality, photography is a hobby for me. I do not earn any significant income from it but continue to invest additional funds into the business solely because I enjoy it.  My real job entails sitting behind a desk, books and computer, billing clients each day at an hourly rate.  Pretty boring to some, but necessary and successful at times.

 

So why do I do this?  The enjoyment I get when someone says “that picture hanging in my living room is fantastic.”  Or, “I admire it each time I look at it.”  Or, “my houseguests inquired about the print.” 

 

Finding a wall-worthy photo is challenging but enjoyable despite the time it takes.  It takes hundreds of pics to find that one that is quality.  Travel, luck and a lot of walking is required.

 

I've gained valuable insights over the past 5 years about photography. Though I'm not the most experienced, each print on this website will bring satisfaction and enjoyment to your home or office.  The goal is to provide you with a piece of work that you can thoroughly appreciate.
